La personne a postée deux fois cette annonce, mais c'est vraiment de [color=cyan]l'arnaque faite attention[/color] si vous voulez aller à Pékin moi j ai loué un appart l'an dernier dans Chaoyang j'ai payé [color=darkorchid]300euros[/color] par mois pour un grand F3! [color=red]A bon entendeur[/color][color=red]![/color]

non mais ca c est parceque vous connaissez pas pékin et le monde des expats, c est pas les prix pour les apparts pourris pour les pékinois locaux, c est les nouvelles résidences souvent avec jardin, piscine, salle de sport et tout ca, rien a voir avec les apparts auxquels vous pensez.

et c est les prix proposés par toutes les agences pour ce genre d appart.

je suis completement d'accord avec 帅鱼 lol , ce sont des apparts d'un certain standing
AZ"UA`4T)xvs T5k je voulais déménager .. c'est un peu ça qui m'a fait changer d'avis : le prix :P

j,EEvlhQK c'est pas mal mais ça casse pas des briques , ça vaut beaucoup plus cher que sa valeur réel bref c'est l'attrappe pigeons special expatriés

L'appart que j'avais loué est aussi dans chaoyang super quartier. Dans ce genre d' apparts proposé en général y'a toujours une tuile, j'ai des amies qui on loué une super appart dans une nouvelle résidence mais il est beaucoup plus petit que celui que j'ai loué et l'eau était jaune avec une odeur du style ca vient des égouts! Alors une petite visite s'impose!
